September 11th is Patriot Day!
Celebrate by making a flag cake. I like to use the box cake mixes so that the kids can do nearly everything themselves. (The box mixes make it easy even for non-readers).
- Bake a cake in a rectangular pan.
- Spread whipped cream on top.
- Decorate a flag with strawberries and blueberries.
