Eat Vegetables
One way I get my kids to eat and enjoy vegetables is to put together a veggie tray for the week and bring it out for a snack with ranch dressing. They especially enjoy baby carrots, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, cauliflower, and pea pods. I enjoy it too!
Plant a Garden
Starting a garden with the kids is so much fun and teaches them about where food comes from. They’ll also enjoy munching on the veggies they helped grow! There’s nothing tastier than vegetables from your own garden.
